Travel Vaccinations
Please note we do not offer travel vaccination advice
If you require any vaccinations relating to foreign travel you need to make an appointment with a private travel clinic to discuss your travel arrangements. We can provide you with a printout from your medical records of any vaccine history we hold. Take this printout to your appointment at the private travel clinic so they know what vaccines you have had in the past. They will advise you what vaccines you need for your trip.
We can provide 4 vaccines on the NHS
Polio - given as a combined diphtheria/tetanus/polio jab
Typhoid
Hepatitis A
Cholera
If you require us to provide you with the NHS vaccines please obtain confirmation in writing of what you need from the private travel clinic and bring to the surgery so that we can order the vaccines in for you as we do not keep them as general stock. An appointment will then need to be booked with the Practice Nurse
